"Uttar Pradesh Technical Education Department (UPTED) Exam Cancelled of Polytechnic on Friday (13-05-2016) after the question paper was leaked on social media. several papers of the question paper were available on whatsapp since 8:30 in the morning before the examination which was scheduled to be held at 2 pm.Almost one lakh students were supported to take the examination."
Director says:-
The director (OP Verma told HT) of the state Technical Education Department "It was exactly the same. To ensure the sanctity of the examination, It decided to cancel the paper. The fresh dated will bw announced shortly."
"A police complaint was lodged in this connection",he added.
Secretary of the department says:-
Secretary (SK Singh) of the department has asked officials,teachers and administrative staff in charge of conducting the examination to video graph the entire process starting from opening of question papers to submitting the answer sheet at the collection point.
Students reaction:-
The incident has made the students annoyed, and they said the state department should take measures to avoid such incident.
